Job Description
Job Profile:
- Market Research- Primary and secondary
- Preparation of research documents and tools- screeners, questionnaires, discussion guides
- To conduct market research surveys- qualitative and quantitative
- Vendor management- pricing, pool
- Respondent data management
- Quality control on surveys, including field visits and monitoring
- Analyze data and communicate findings, preparing reports of findings, illustrating data graphically
- Communicate / Interact with clients and vendors understanding the business issues and work with the team in providing solutions
- Support in developing new techniques for conducting market research in a cost-effective manner
- Gathering secondary data market data and preparing reports
- Business Development support & client relationship
- Develop case studies
- Identifying market opportunities/New clients
- Recommend, develop, write and communicate business requirements – research brief or proposal
- Meet client’s expectations and requirements
Required Skills:
- Excellent strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Creative thinking
- Articulate in expressing point of views (have participated in school/college activities such as seminars, debates, drama etc
- Curious, enthusiastic and willing to learn and explore new things
- Customer Focus and Relationship Building, friendly attitude, team player
- Problem Solving and strong Decision Making, confident and pleasant persona
- Highly competent with MS Word, Power Point, Excel
- Experience in market research industry and knowledge of analysis tools such as SPSS, Excel, SAS is a plus.
