Job Description
1. Conduct market research of various businesses & industries
2. Work with the founders and core team members
3. Consult clients about the objectives and requirements of projects
4. Formulate a plan and present it to senior management or a client
5. Carry out quantitative or qualitative research
6. Design specific research methods such as questionnaires
7. Utilize statistical software to manage and organize information monitoring the progress of research projects
8. Manage and organize information with statistical software conducting qualitative or quantitative surveys
9. Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts
10. Stay fully informed on market trends, other parties researches, and implement best practices
11. Advise clients or senior management on the best ways to use provided data

1. Must have excellent knowledge of statistical packages, databases, and MS Office
2. Must possess search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen
3. Must have strong communication and presentation skills
4. Must have a working knowledge of CRM programs
5. Must have adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.)
6. Must have strong analytical and critical thinking
