About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Estimate the requirement of eggs as a raw material in the following markets:
i) Bakeries, hotels, restaurants, and QSRs.
ii) Pre-packaged snacking industry (Bon, Britania, Cadbury, e.t.c. producing biscuits, chips, cakes, and other items)
iii) Condiments and sauce industry (Veeba, FunFood, Dr. Oetkar, etc.)
2. Determine how is the demand being fulfilled which would entail the following:
i) Where are the eggs being sourced from (farms or retail, caged or cage-free)
ii) In what form are they being procured (pre-broken or broken in-house)
3. Determine the major requirement amongst whole egg, egg white, or both in each of the markets
4. Identify responsibly developing poultry farms, that breed cage free poultry and offer organic products free from antibiotics
