Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Performing quantitative and qualitative research into markets including analyzing the market, reading industry reports, understanding the real estate markets & trends
2. Creating clear, concise, and in-depth business presentations
3. Working on presenting the project status and final project deliverables to the clients
4. Developing and maintaining the real estate and economic datasets for US cities
5. Developing and maintaining relationships with property owners, tenants, brokers, architects, legal firms, institutional property owners, and other relevant stakeholders for the markets under coverage
