• Marketing & Admin Manager is responsible for developing relevant material, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans and material for RAMA lines of business and brands according to the needs of the organization. 
  
• And implement publicity programs and campaigns, to improve public image of company and its management team.
  

 Duties and responsibilities

 Manage marketing and public relations programs for RAMA.

• Design and develop marketing and PR material including brochures and power point presentations.
• Develop PR strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to improve public perception of company.
• Prepare and publish newsletters and other company literature.
• Create program videos.
• Release promotion literature about new programs and business initiatives.
• Draft speeches with chief executives.
• Write press releases and media kits.
• Develop and maintain corporate image and logos.
• Maintain effective working relationships with local and international business and media representatives.
• Formulate policies and procedures related to public information programs.
• Manage all social media accounts of the company and maximize the reach.
• Perform relevant administrative tasks as per the needs of the senior management
• Manage and develop company website with regular updates.
• Manage communications budgets.
• Manage and distribute company emails.

 Qualifications & Skills

• Must have a bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration. Master's degree is preferred, in addition to experience in marketing, advertising or brand management.
