1) Undergoing a FATP (Floyd Advantage Training Program) level of training in the various aspects of Management namely Marketing/Advertising, Human Resources, Financial Planning, Operations & Business Administration
2) Developing a team of 20-25 associates / creating leaders in the Organization
3) Opportunity to start up his/her own Business Unit under our group
4) National & International opportunities to travel for business exposure.
