Job Description
- Operations Analysis, Marketing, Data Processing and operations are the key factors.
- Supporting data management, client reporting, trade-processes, and problem resolution.
- Ability to manage time effectively, take instructions, organize tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ensure daily tasks are being coordinated among other staff and departments and custodial files are implemented on a timely and accurate basis.
- Perform daily and weekly electronic reconciliation of systems to custodial records.
- Create and verify employee records.
- Respond timely and effectively to client/caller queries on call and emails.
- Cold calling prospects and pitching for prospects and sales.
- Making presentations for trade exhibitions, meetings and conferences.
- Identify workflow/system improvements and work with supervisor and department team to enact change.
- Setup a link between back office and front office operations.
- Communicate at all levels. Keep records of employees and departments up-to-date.
- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master's Degree from preferably 'Marketing/PR background'.
- A friendly, Professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team oriented environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required.
- Excellent communication and languages skills. (ENGLISH is mandatory). Should be able to pronounce and express clearly.
- Ability to learn and adapt to change.
- Desire/ability to work successfully in a small/diversified team environment.
