Responsibilities:
- Mail the marketing departments of other companies in textile industries
- Cold call / email companies based on linked in and google research Set up appointments for the executive team and manage schedule and flight information
- Researching on linked in profiling and emailing potential buyers
- Executive assistant to the Director
- Manage emails, calendar, appointments, rewards, flights and etc.
Skills:
- Ability to speak proficient English
- Work on Microsoft excels and databases
- Proficient with google searches, linked in management and fast typing
