Job Description
- Position: Marketing Associate
- We select our new joiners as Marketing Associate and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of Business Management viz. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 6-9-12 months as per the following Global Training Module (GTM):
- STEP 1: Client Servicing & Client Acquisition / SALES AND MARKETING/ Business Development
- STEP 2: HR Trainer(Team Building)
- STEP 3: Team Leader(Team Management and Leadership)
- STEP 4: Assistant Business Owner
- STEP 5: Strategic Business Unit Owner/ Business Expansion
- Note: All the levels mentioned above need to be completed
- Help our clients exceed their goals by providing world class service, quality and value
- Provide an avenue to develop vibrant, enthusiastic individuals that are eager to learn and grow with our company.
