Job Description
- Development of marketing strategies for revenue generation by co-branding and sponsorships.
- Create media properties for long term association with mall amongst, shoppers, tenants and sponsors
- Develop and run the loyalty program, gift card program and other customer retention initiatives across centers
- Oversee mall marcom function & ensure mall marcom income targets are achieved
- Develop annual calendar of activities for the mall within budgets
- Ensure good take up of all Marcom income spaces including ad panels, kiosks, push carts and vending machines etc.
- Monitor and review achievement against revenue growth target and initiate activities to convert footfalls into sales
- Oversee the daily runnings of the mall’s infodesk and develop and train marcom staff
- Coordination and execution of promotional & advertising activities undertaken by tenants / client
- Involved in marketing & communication programs which may include strategy development, program implementation & evaluation, and budgetary control in areas of advertising, sales promotions, public relations, events and direct marketing
- Prepare activity analysis, current & upcoming activities & traffic sheets under marcom section of monthly asset control group report
- Oversee website, mall guide & newsletter
- Garner sponsorship in cash & kind
- Generate enquiries for rental of advertisement panel space
- Oversee customer service counter
- Planning and executing various events & promotional activities, resulting into increased footfalls and customer conversions for the retailers
- Work effectively through good public relations with media, advertising and promotional partners
