Job Description
The role would help the business by assisting in the creation, management, and deployment of the marketing/sales communications in coordination with the Marketing team. Communications will range from Content Management, Strategic Thinking, Planning, and handling social media handles and messages.
Responsible for coordinating the communications output within a company. Creates and delivers emails, direct mail, brochures, newsletters, and other publications.
Must have exceptional communications, presentation development, and writing skills. Think strategically and creatively with meticulous attention to detail, working on flawless English and meeting deadlines.
Essential Job Functions may include:
- Coordinate internal communications that occur within the organization.
- Explore and develop new ways to communicate activities and disseminate information
- Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the companyâs strategy and support of various brand initiatives.
- Produce high-quality, action-driven, error-free copy
- Support and evaluate the results of communication campaigns with the team.
- Devices, designs, and edits communication for items such as memos, emails, fundraisers, contests, brochures, newsletters, videos, and other
- Information Technology publications.
- Offer technical training to staff on communications initiatives and tool
- Responsible for managing projects and deadlines
- Promote all event and philanthropic programs in coordination with other Information Technology leaders
- Support the onboarding and engagement programs by producing all presentation materials
- Use research and experience to develop ideas
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.A) from four-year College or University
Majors in English, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, HR, or related field preferred but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Design capabilities
Photoshop experience preferred
A minimum of 2+ yearsâ experience in communications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, related business, and communication tools.
Content writing experience for all media platforms.
Proven social media and networking expertise.
Strategic and creative mindset.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of administrators, managers, employees, customers, and/or the internal customer base
Motivated, hardworking, and self-starter
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Possesses strong organizational skills and can prioritize critical tasks
The individual is self-driven, highly motivated and results-oriented
