Job Description
A leading e-commerce store in US looking for Order Fulfillment, Email Customer Support & Voice Call Assistants. We are looking for a long-term customer service representative to join our support team for our E-commerce store. There will be a 1-month trial with training provided and a 3 months probation period. Must be fluent in English (written & verbal), have excellent customer service skills & can follow instructions & process guides.
Freshers or Experienced BPO can APPLY NOW!!!!
All customer service tickets need to be responded within 24 hours without exception.
There is the opportunity to become full time further down the track.
Shift: 9AM-6PM (9 hours including 1hour break)
No. of Working days: 6 days (1 Rotational week off)
Compensation: Best on par with industry standards
Qualification: PUC/ Graduate (Fresher)
Age Limit: 18 to 30 years
