Job Description
- Qualification: UG- Preferably Chemical / Polymer Sciences
- PG - MBA/PGDM – Marketing (Not Mandatory)
- Experience: Relevant marketing experience in Masterbatch/Filler Industry
- Salary: Not a concern for eligible candidate

- Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification
- Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
- Promote business to potential customers in order to develop new markets and improve market share.
- Make sales calls to customers to increase volume of sales by direct customer contact.
- Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs
- Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English and at least one regional language
- Willingness to travel extensively in the given region
- Incentives, Daily Allowance, Vehicle Allowance, Mobile and any other facility required.
- Would be a Resident Sales Officer and would have back-end office support.
