Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Executive- with (0-1 year experience) for our fast-growing Tenant Acquisition division. You will be responsible for marketing our properties across Bangalore. Your responsibilities would include:
- Creative Marketing of our vacant properties across channels.
- Verify, negotiate and close tenants for the properties.
- Present metrics on a monthly basis, and ensure that the growth and occupancy rate goals are achieved.
Requirements
- Pleasant personality, confident and well-spoken individual.
- Very well organized
- Excellent written and spoken communication. Ability to communicate very well in English
- A dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion and commitment to succeed, and attention to detail.
- Familiar with Bangalore city
- Experience with the Real estate will be an added plus
Education and Experience: Any graduate or postgraduate who wishes to make a mark in the field of Marketing. Freshers can apply.
