Job Description

Preferably male candidates

• Lead generation and performance marketing: Generate the required number of new leads by utilizing various channels

• Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.

• Maintaining a database of prospective client information in Salesforce.

• Accurately record activities (calls, emails, activities) of leads and campaigns within Salesforce.

• Identify prospective clients and build a strong sales pipeline for the Sales Managers via cold - calling, out-bound leads, email communications, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, referrals, and other direct marketing methods

• Log and record each-and-every outreach made, in excel, producing regular activity reports as requested by Senior.

• Chasing up leads with follow up phone calls and writing proposals

• Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling clients

• Proven inside sales experience

• Must meet or exceed targets in prospecting and generating qualified leads.

• We are looking for marketing Executive activities, Business development person with good communication skills and positive attitude [Need to achieve sales targets]

• To understand the need of the customer and demonstrate the company products and services to them.

• The role of a Marketing executive is to create new customers and also enhance the existing relationship with customers by analyzing his/her needs.

• Candidate should be an energetic professional with experience in market research and market analysis

• Meeting Doctors/Testing Labs to promote the company’s range of products in the territory

• Develop strategies to build the customer base and improve sales numbers

• Responsible for Doctor referral marketing.

• Building a strong doctor network.

• Meet doctors/Lab owners on a daily basis in the assigned territory.
