Key Role's Responsibilities
• Recruit Advisors and drive

• Counselling and motivating the advisors
• Responsible for assigning finalizing targets, monitor review periodically

• Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.
• Appointing the sales force team
• Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve the company's targets.
• Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity and set new targets. Involving in field
