MARKETING EXECUTIVE Jobs in Chennai - Opel Auto

Looking for a dynamic individual to provide enhanced customer experience and act as an interface between the Customers, Production, Engineering, procurement and Sales departments of the Company.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Acts as in-house customer representative and ensure production focus on the delivery of the product timely manner.
  
• Maintain regular communication with the customers on the progress of work, and delivery schedules in coordination with the other inter linked Department.
  
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and provide  feedback by identifying root cause and addressing complaints.  Participate with other departments on continuous improvement program. 
  
• Keeping a record of nature of complaints, unresolved complaints, course of action taken etc.
  

• Record and internally communicate details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
  
• Ensure customer loyalty with exceptional service
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
  
• The position requires high level professionalism in handling customer
  
• Good Oral  and Written skill
  
• Able to prepare and update management on the requirement forecast
  
• Assist in yearly planning and input to budgeting and pricing.
  

Requirements

Must Have

• Customer Service Experience
  
• Very Good to Expert Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
  
• Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
  
• Strong desire to exceed the customer’s expectations (whatever it takes)
  
• Take ownership of issues and drive to completion
  

 Nice to Have

• BA/BS in marketing or a related business discipline
  
• Preference will be given to  MBA Graduates
  
• Interest in Mechanical and Auto products manufacturing
  
• Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in or working in Auto Products Manufacturing Business
  
• Valid 4-wheeler/ 2-wheeler Driver License
