Job Description:

Identify and recruit the prospects who can be successful life insurance advisors.
Conduct regular meetings with advisors. Train and nurture the advisors with insurance product knowledge.

Training Period (with Stipend):

2 months of training through Zoom call from your home.
First 2 months: Stipend Rs 10000 per month.
From 3rd to 8th month: Stipend Rs 10000 + Performance Incentives

Remuneration (based on Performance):

Compensation Structure includes Performance incentive, monthly persistency fee, PF, ESI, Regular Rewards and Recognition Programs and International Conventions.
Minimum potential: Rs 25000 per month.
Maximum potential: Greater than Rs 1 lakh per month based on business performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation in any stream of education from any university
Even arrears/backlogs are acceptable.
Candidate should be from TamilNadu only.

Selection Process: The candidates will be selected by Tejas Consultants and the Life Insurance Company based on their performance in a personal interview over the telephonic call or Zoom call.
