Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieving sales targets through new client acquisition in reality business (sale, purchase, and leasing).
- Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing and cold calling.
- Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documentation.
- Building and managing strong relationships with customers.
- Scheduling number of meeting with the clients and helping them understand the verification process.
- Handling complete sales cycle ensuring committed deliveries and report on sales activities to senior management.
- REACHING THE TARGETS.
- Keeping up to date with upcoming real estate projects.
