Process Associates

• Communications Representatives/Inbound Call-Takers are responsible for ensuring that all service calls are answered and entered in a quick and timely manner.
• You’ll be taking on-demand and reservation taxi bookings and looking up various things such as booking confirmation, addresses, taxi fare estimates, etc.

Marketing Executives

• Understanding fully developed SAAS based ERP software application and getting acquainted with the Concept, Process and Series of steps and functions to provide the information to the clients based on the point of discussion about the Product / Services.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ability to ask questions, determine what support the customer requires, and correctly route service requests.
• Use excellent service and communication skills to work toward a positive resolution
• Must be willing to work in shifts and week offs will be in rotational basis.
• Visiting Clients and Training them about the SAAS based application and guiding them to sign up to avail the services for their Business expansion and providing the product demo with regular follow-ups in regards to successful closure of the Lead.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Should be a graduate from any stream for Process Associate, Marketing.
• Should have strong communication skills in Hindi, English and Telugu.
• Should have basic knowledge of Ecommerce Portals, internet concepts, MS office.
• Should have a Bike with valid RC and License for (Marketing Executives).
