Job Title: Marketing Interns
Job Description:
- Reach out to different Schools and Colleges in the city and publicize the materials.
- Build relations with add agencies and other dealers for reducing the product cost.
- Reporting the updates to the Manager on the material inflows and outflow.
- Convince the school authorities for conducting career workshops and personal counseling.
- Coordinate and conduct Career counseling workshops in Government / Private schools
- Coordinating with local team, government, donors and the Nirmaan Hyderabad team
- Prepare reports to donors, central team on a periodic basis
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Minimum graduate with good academics
- Good Listening skills and high levels of patience
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English
- Minimum 2 years of work experience would be preferred
- Inclination towards social service
- Good MS Office skills, Well Versed with e-mail
- Having Prior experience in Tele-counseling/Tele-calling would be an added advantage
- Rural back ground preferred
- Salary – 5,000 to 15,000. Location: Hyderabad

Nirmaan organization, erstwhile My INDIA was started by a group of BITSians in the month of Feb, 2005, got registered as NGO on July 12, 2007 at Hyderabad. At present, it is operating with around 700 members through 8 chapters in five different states.
Nirmaan believes that it’s the fundamental right of every child to get educated and it is the education alone that can bring about a social change. Apart from education, a person also needs a livelihood so as to get covered at least his basic needs. So, creation of livelihood opportunities for deserved and motivated but underprivileged unemployed is also a must so as to push the growth engine of the economy. Hence, Nirmaan believes that education and a livelihood opportunity are the basic necessities that any citizen must get fulfilled so that poverty which is a recurring problem doesn’t any more harass the society and therefore Nirmaan works to provide such basic necessities of the society.
Nirmaan () is a registered NGO, started by the students of BITS Pilani in 2005, working in the areas of Education and Livelihoods. From the past 8 years Nirmaan has benefited more than 1,00,000 people with about 700 volunteers, 20 full time employees through our key projects - Vidya Helpline(VHL), School Adoption Program, Scholarship and Mentorship Program, Vocational Training Center.
Nirmaan has produced many young social leaders, evident from the fact that more than 25+ Nirmaanites have either quit their lucrative jobs from companies such as JP Morgan, IBM, Cap Gemini, Zynga etc., or aiming for Civil services and working in the development sector.
