Job Description
Program Coordination:
Ensuring safe delivery/execution of the program.
Executing classes in a well-mannered and structured way.
Making sure that the day's curriculum is understood well before teaching the kids.
Making sure that every week's program is completed as per schedule.
Handling attendance and documenting daily class work.
Handling new enrolments, monitoring existing students.
Understanding our other offerings and engaging with parents if needed.
Gentle and safe handling of children and supporting them wherever required.
Compulsorily attending our training onboarding sessions.
Strict adherence to timings.
