• This position is ideal for someone who is interested in furthering knowledge and experience in the world of digital marketing. 
• This position will provide an opportunity to handle various aspects of digital marketing for MYLY that may include, but are not limited to: social media, search engine marketing, SMS/WhatsApp marketing and web analytics. 
• You will be reporting directly to the CEO (also the co-founder of MYLY)!
  

 DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating a unified communication strategy for MYLY for its customers and prospects
• Develop digital marketing strategies that will help MYLY reach its target audience
• Analyse reports to create insights that will help drive digital marketing content strategies
• Work with external agencies to achieve the outcome
• Develop marketing content executions to be deployed across social media channels
• Create marketing activities calendar and ensure timely execution, monitoring results and providing feedback to agencies and management
• Tracking user behaviour and creating strategies to improve adoption, engagement & referrals
• Planning and executing online marketing campaigns, including emailers to reach out the large number of schools across India with the objective of query generation.
• Closely working with sales team and partner network and creating MIS reports for management.
• Plan and manage company’s collaterals like brochures, fliers and other support material required by sales team and partners.
• Plan and manage the events/exhibition participations by the company

• Must be extremely detail oriented with strong attention to follow-through
• Strong command on written and spoken English
• Flexible in work functions + duties
• Ability to manage multiple tasks + meet deadlines
• Proficient in managing large amounts of data + ability to interpret + extract meaningful insights
• Exceptional time management skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Computer proficiency + strong skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel) essential; any kind of graphic design/planning experience would be an added advantage
• Must be able to focus for long periods of time at a computer screen given the nature of the digital business
