Job Summary:

Formulate & implement monthly sales plans along with Area Head/ Asst. Area Sales Manager/ Area Sales Manager as applicable
Adhere to the laid down sales processes in PDR (Plan -do-review). PJP (Permanent Journey Plans). DSR (Daily Sales Reports)
Manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales
Relationship building with Architects and Contractors to generate consistent busines

Responsibilities and Duties:

Strives to achieve marketing goals and targets. Provide guidance & support to the team in achieving the desired targets.
Establishes efficient interface with the Interiors, Carpenters
Creates database of Potential Dealers
Conceives plans and organizes activities to promote Saburi
Participates regular meetings and performance reviews involving Team.
Achieves predefined revenue targets.
