Job Description
- Preparation of Market strategy for each product and each country and sharing it to sales team and ensure that it is implemented
- Identifying leads and supplying to sales team and follow up with sales team to get order
- Preparation of Product Literature/brochures and presentations for promotional activities
- Supporting sales team in making customer product mapping
- Preparation and analysis of SPANCO and discussing with sales team about its improvement bi monthly
- Co-ordinating with sales , R & D , Quality and production team in new product development
- Identifying product formulation and supplying formulated samples to sales team for Sales promotion
- Preparation of FAQ for each product and reviewing it half yearly
- Writing blogs about product in social media
- Providing training to sales team and customers about their product applications and their uniqueness
- Ensuring samples were sent as per customer requirement and keeping track of the samples submitted in co-ordination with sales team
- Preparing road map for increasing the sales of their products and implementing the same
- Co-ordination with sales and despatch team to ensure that target for their products were achieved
- Finding new application for the products and educating the sales team
- Attending exhibition and presentation of Technical papers
- Writing technical papers in leading personal and cosmetic Magazines
- Assisting sales team in organising Webinar
- Social media promotion of their products
- Suggesting improvement in quality/Cost/Application guidelines of the product
- Any other ideas which can improve their product sales and profitability
- Identifying improvements in Packaging and labelling of their product
