- Identify and generate prospect client contacts via tele-connect, web and social
- Manage and update client database in customer relationship management tools
- Manage and update customer database in customer relationship management tools
- Perform comprehensive market analysis and research on competition
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns and activities (e.g. web and social media)
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
- Assist in client acquisition strategy and activities
- Assist in liaising with agency partners and clients.
