Job Description
- F2F Fundraising executives will be responsible for recruiting new members through personal, face-to-face interactions based on various campaigns launched by the organisation.
- They will be expected to talk with individual prospects with integrity and conviction and uphold our standards in regard to principles and policies.
- F2F Fundraising executives work with and report to the F2F Team Leader.

- Amnesty International India seeks to establish a supporter base of individual members across India who would fund our work and campaign with us to protect rights for all Indians.
- Our goal is to ensure that a bulk of our donors come from direct dialogue through various face-to-face programs such as residential canvassing, street fundraising, and local events.
- Through these contributions from individuals, we will endeavor in making India a more law-abiding, rights-respecting society, and we will work diligently to make sure that the funds have the impact we all wish – improving lives by ensuring human rights.
- F2F Fundraising executives will be responsible for recruiting new members through personal, face-to-face interactions based on various campaigns launched by the organisation.

- F2F Fundraising executives work with and report to the F2F Team Leader.
- Recruiting new donors in the streets and other locations as identified by the organisation.
- Documenting and reporting results to the line manager.
- Stay updated with all information/training, work guidelines, principles, policies & campaigns.
- Responsible for handling materials /forms & providing daily reports to the Team Leader.
- Achieving the set donors & income budgets every month.
- To ensure confidentiality of information
- Any other responsibility as assigned by the teal leader.

- No. of forms filled accurately
- Reporting daily progress accurately
- Showing leadership attributes in helping colleagues
- Achieve monthly revenue goals
- Successful candidates will be driven by the urge to talk to people about our work and the overall mission of the organisation.
- They will need to be fascinated by how they can inspire prospects to support our unique approach to protect human rights for all over the long term.
- Preferred- relevant experience
- Preferred- track record of successfully delivering F2F individual targets.
- Practical understanding of F2F fundraising techniques.
- Developed interpersonal skills.
- Cultural and other sensitivities – the ability to talk to strangers without being invasive; adapt communications style from person to person.
- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi and local languages- Tamil, Kannada).
