Probation Period: - 6 Months.

Industry: - TIME SHARE.

• Candidate are suppose to direct sale the club membership in B2B & B2C format
  
• To maximize the sales of company’s goods or services in many different settings, the incumbent is also involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities.
  

J.D-

• To Sale the Timeshare Holiday Memberships. (Concept selling)
  
• To Build & Leverage relationship with the old and new clients, by references as well.
  
• To Formulate strategies to close the deal in the client as well as Companies favor
  
• To identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company
  
• To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handlings objections/cancellations thus ensuring a high level of customer service is met at all times.
  
• To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.
  
• Regular liaison sales/Pre-sales and member relations department.
  
• To keep abreast of new products and services and undertake training as and when required.
  

Reporting- A.S.M (It means that DME have to work under the guidance to his A.S.M.as well as Manager)

Requirement in candidate

• Excellent communication skill
  
• Graduate/ Post graduate in the relevant field with the minimum experience of 6month in B2B or B2C selling
  
• wanted experienced/fresher sales executive for company to market the product.
  
• Fluent in English language is mandatory. 
  
• Good sound knowledge in marketing tricks and handling client.
  
• Salary: - 12000 fixed salary + incentives.
