Responsibilities

• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
  
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures
  
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
  
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
  
• Pitching products according to customer need.
  
• Responsible for Lead Generation for the organization.
  
• Ability to meet the business targets on the timely basis.
  

• Proven experience as Marketing executive or similar role (Freshers are also welcomed)
  
• Ability to persuade and influence others.
  
• Ability to work in a field with a view to generating leads for the organization.
  
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
  
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
  
• Excellent communication and people skills
  
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  
• Must be Graduate (MBA Marketing Preferred)
  
• A bike is not mandatory but having such is an added advantage.
