Job Description
- Connects with TG and collect raw data
- Assists in analyzing TG needs and map them into product requirements after discussion with the relevant stakeholders to increase product usage among TG.
- Assist in determining unique product positioning and managing for multiple geographies.
- Arrange customer interviews, surveys and focus-groups to gain insight into customer usage of current product, untapped opportunities and buyer personas.
- Review inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Creation of product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts etc.
- Using social media tools for sharing positive information which increase product brand value.
- Using web analytics and social media to gain insight of consumer pattern and page interactivity.
