Job Description
- To join hands with as many architects and Interior Designers,Designers as possible, and make them our associate partners.
- To make efforts to start Rawat Brothers Franchise in Maharashtra, South India & Gujarat with the target of establishing at least 50 franchisee’s in the period of 2 years.
- To introduce our company to all above mentioned concerned persons and institutions and explain our product range. Understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Approach more and more furniture dealers and retailers , introduce our company to them and promote our products.
- Keep in regular touch with these people and maintain contact with them so as you be aware of their requirements from time to time.
- Coordinating with the design team to communicating the requirements of your clients, getting product designs made and doing cost workings and providing quotes from time to time as required shall be done by you. After receiving and order, you shall keep track of execution of the order and of the payment.
- Each week arrange atleast 1 factory visit for a client and a meeting with our M.D.
- Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services. Identifying and approaching different sectors such as educational institutions, automobile retail, consumer durable retail which open up a whole new sement or supply of modular furniture. To identify other such markets and persue them.
- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results.
- Plan and coordinate public affairs to increase community reach.
- Participate in the development of new project proposals.
- Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
- Promote positive relations with vendors, and distributors.
- You will carry out duties as shall be assigned to you from time to time by our M.D.
- You shall be assigned any additional responsibilities or shall be relieved from discharging certain responsibilities as per the need and policy of the Company.
- You shall also have to carry such incidental & connected duties as may be required in the interest of carrying out the jobs efficiently.
- Recovery of payment from customers is solely your responsibility.
