- Managing the newsletter creation and execution for company.
- Helping in creating content for company.
- Managing social media for the website.
- Getting banners and other images ready in coordination with the creative team Creating and Conceptualizing Gifting Collection.
- Use products on the site to create new events and occasions.
- Understanding new gifting concepts and directing sourcing team to utilize trending concepts .
- Analyzing traffic, purchase behavior and user behavior through segmentation.
- Should be able to use Google Analytics.
- Able to handle customer grievances and online review portals, blogs, social forums, etc
