Job Description
New Client Identification:
Existing Client Related:
- Identify right target segment in the allocated service line.
- Build strong prospects line in the allocated service line.
- Ensure to close the business from allocated service line from the
identified target segment.
- Responsible to meet revenue targets of the company from the allocated
service line.
- Ensure that all agreement documents as needed are signed off before passing on the work to execution team.
- Act as single point of contact for client and company.
Existing Client Related:
- Meet clients at regular intervals and get their satisfaction levels with
the services.
- Introduce your peers of other services to identify the scope of pitching
to other service portfolios’ of the company to existing clients.
- Maintain preferred vendor relations with clients.
- Collect referrals from existing clients and convert them in allocated
service segments.
- Responsible to get feedback in prescribed formats from every client.
- Responsible for timely collections as per agreed terms.
- Ensure that all customer grievances are resolved in mutually beneficial
manner.
- Responsible to submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to the reporting
manager in prescribed formats.
