Job Description
- Manager is responsible to ensure that appropriate details for production are made available.
- Manager is responsible to co-ordinate with dealer to collect Installation and warranty certificate from Dealer.
- Manager is responsible to co-ordinate with dealer for yearly stock statement.
- To ensure that a monthly sales report goes to the Managing Director.
- To measure the customers response on the product realization process.
- To initiate Corrective Action, Preventive Actions and help carry out the Root Cause Analysis based on Customer complaints- feedback.
