- Making list of prospects
- Identify concern person & decision making process & team
- Searching all the details of clients, add, phone no. & email ID
- Calling & fixing appointment for concern person
- Visiting him , & finding exact requirement of client
- making presentation of our company
- Showing relevant sample to the client
- Explaining all technical details with clients & convincing him about our USP
- Sending our company profile & relevant information to the client
- Helping clients to select our items as per his requirement
- Sending him best possible quotation , features of products & terms & condition with clients
- Negotiating final price , agreeing of all our terms & conditions with clients
- Collecting purchase order copy from clients
- Continuous follow-up for all the details required from our purchase team like design, dispatch details, special instruction if any.
- Communicating proactively about product dispatch
- Submitting bills, challan, PO copy properly
- Follow up for payment as per schedule
- Maintaining records for future communication
- Taking feedback about product & services
