Job Description
The candidate has to achieve sales targets assigned on a monthly basis
The candidate needs to interact with new customer through cold calls/activities
Visit the customers & give them information regarding the product
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Maintain and update listings of available properties
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)Guide the customers about the product specifications by understanding their needs
The candidate has to close the sales call and develop channels
The candidate will be responsible for convincing and advising to client & associates
The candidate needs to arrange the site visits of customers
Required Candidate profile
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
