Job Description
- Working in Indian International MUN, a product of Aufklaren Event Management will involve pitching and boardroom presenting at level. This will require meticulous planning and proposal writing.
- Your main area of focus will be to generate new leads with the aim of creating more opportunities for the organization.
- A major chunk of work involves cold calls, scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentations to prospective institutions and corporate companies, for delegate relations and marketing. Travelling to different cities to execute events/conferences will be a part of the internship.
- Once sufficiently trained, an opportunity to explore different verticals of PR, Marketing & Business Management, whilst leading teams based in different cities
- Maintain regular contact with Key Clients. Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication.
- Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities.
- The intern might stand the opportunity of being offered a full-time job if he/she has performed well in this internship.
- Marksheet of plus two Examination will be required in case the prospective candidate passes the interview stage
- Flexible timing. The intern will be expected to come for 5-7 hours daily between 09:00 hours - 18:00 hours, except Sundays.
- Prior experience in organising conferences or events/ similar internship where calls and marketing has been done.
- Internship demands strong communication skills, both in verbal as well as written skills.
- Applicant should be studying in degree college (first year/ second year/ third year)
- Resident of Mumbai
- Travelling (nationally & international, depending upon performance).
- Compensation based on performance.
- A letter/certificate to the candidate (after successful completion of internship).

- Possibility of being offered a full-time job with fixed pay on completion of internship (after candidate completes their final year i.e Bachelors degree)
