About Sterlon Enterprises LLP

Sterlon Enterprises LLP is a startup in the food and beverages industry and is created to innovate in food products. We are looking for interns who can be a part of our startup journey through the launch of our hydration drink in liquid and powder form. The product will cater to the fitness industry along with regular consumers concerned more about their well-being and consuming a strict nutrition intake.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting primary & secondary research in the local markets for the given product segment
2. Learning about funnel management in sales & the execution part of it
3. Generating meaningful customers and closing them eventually
4. Managing a network of channel members on a daily basis
5. Taking part in market strategy discussions with the top management
6. Working on the execution of marketing campaigns as per requirements

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 10th Jun'21 and 15th Jul'21

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from Ahmedabad, Delhi, Indore, Panjim, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Bhopal, Jaipur, Mumbai and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Additional Information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 4 to 6 Lac/annum

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2.5% of sales).
