About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on answering calls and resolving queries about product or company
2. Respond to inquiries concerning things or the organization
3. Work on acquiring and updating an individual's contact details
4. Call active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items
5. Create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing
6. Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
7. Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials, such as brochures and adverts
8. Maintain and update customer databases
9. Conduct market research, for example, using customer questionnaires and focus groups
10. Run social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement
