Job Description

New Business Development Manager- Exhibition/Events/Auditions/Workshops.
The main objective for this role is to develop new clients across a range of industries and across the full range of services in the Exhibition design.
We require a self-starter and excellent team player, and someone capable of devising and executing business development plans and working closely with the Management team and key senior colleagues to develop presentations, pitch work and take responsibility for the conversion of prospects into long-term valuable clients.
The ideal candidate should possess the following: -a proven track record of business development, especially in an exhibition design agency environment.
Excellence in written & spoken English, Familiarity with marketing strategies, production and execution.

Job Duties:

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
