Job Description
We help students identify their career matches through in-depth psychometric assessmenT. We then create their customized career plan path with recommendations of courses, colleges, and how to prepare for them. We also build a strong plan B in case plan A does not work out due to unforeseen reasons. Finally, we guide them through a career immersion exercise by sharing real-world expectations from job roles that are identified basis their career matches. Additionally, we also help students build their profile for college admissions and present themselves effectively along with relevant credentials.
1. Work on reaching out to schools that could be potential customers for their students
2. Create a database with contact numbers and emails
3. Send emailers to the school administrations (a company email id would be used)
3. Follow up on the emailers and set up virtual meetings with the coach to take the discussion further
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the part time job/internship
2. can start the part time job/internship between 12th May'21 and 16th Jun'21
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Should be confident and comfortable in talking to strangers
2. Can learn the specifics of the Road Map solution quickly (detailed briefing and material would be given)
3. Enthusiastic and eager to build a customer base
4. Self-motivated and can think of innovative ways to access customers
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per meeting set up).
