About Society Of Cable Telecommunication Engineers India
SCTE India, a part of the SCTE UK, was established in 2016. Its charter was to bring together captains of the cable broadband, telecom, and satellite industries together to drive skilling, standards, and innovation in the Indian subcontinent. The Indian chapter today has embarked on a slew of programs ranging from skilling, tech-talks, consulting paper, and multiscreen interactive engagement platforms. The charter is defined and executed through the secretariat under the guidance of the governing council.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on a monthly magazine with the national coordinator
2. Collaborating with the designer on social media posts
3. Setting up meetings and sending emails for following up
4. Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
5. Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
6. Assisting team members with the creation of content for social media platforms
7. Helping in the creation and editing of content for the magazine
8. Managing and updating member databases
9. Working on member relationship management
10. Working with our team to help organize events, seminars, webinars, etc. for broadband professionals
