Job Description
- Business development, Revenue Generation (signing up of new schools ,Colleges and increasing the project strength).
- Identifying new markets & developing strategies to communicate with them
- Responsible for meeting budgetary and sales targets through motivating and developing staff, consistently achieving and surpassing Key Performance Indicators
- End-to-End Planning and Implementation of Marketing Events like seminars, workshops and other Brand Promotion activities. Ensuring direct marketing activities implementation at all venues of Academic Partners, schools and Colleges.
- Managing sales and marketing operations, developing business through regional educational institutes, colleges, schools, coaching classes, educational trusts
- Monitoring Sales and Marketing operations & and subsequent fees collection.
- Competitor Analysis, Monitoring & analysing market trends
- Academic management, interacting constantly with all the stake holders
- Building academic alliances with Schools,colleges and academy partners
