prominent New Zealand educational institute requires full-time
Marketing Manager for its India/ South Asia operations.
- The candidate
will be based out of Chandigarh in India and will be required to tour various Indian
cities and South Asian countries on a regular basis.
Job Description:
- Recruitment of international students - generation of Leads; work with quality international recruitment agents.
- Forming association at the places,sources where leads for admissions can be generated
- Identification of sources where leads can be generated from ie
Colleges,Universities,Private Institutes,Career Counselors, Educational
Consultants etc.
- Single handed coordination with the sources of admissions,leads
- Single handed presentation to Agent partners/ educational consultants, Colleges,Universities,Institutes
- Single handed finalization of associations/deals for revenue generation
- Generation of revenue from Leads
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and
evaluating their position in the industry researching and analyzing
sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support,
information, and guidance; researching and recommending new
opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending
educational workshops,reviewing professional publications; establishing
personal networks; bench marking state- of-the- art practices;
participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Candidate profile requirements:
- Candidates with prior experience in education counseling (or
consultancy) for foreign educational institutions (preferably New
Zealand) will be given priority.
- Candidates with experience in marketing of foreign educational institutions will be preferred.
- Candidate should be fluent in English (both written as well as oral)
- High level of customer service skills, including the ability to build and maintain quality customer relationships
- Target-focused
- Excellent self-management skills - including time management, disciplined organizational and prioritization skills
- Should be able to travel domestically and internationally
- Should hold a qualification relevant to business or marketing.
- Experience: Minimum 2 yrs relevant experience
