Job Description
3+ years of marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Basic qualifications
3+ years in marketing, account management, or similar seller support role
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment
Willingness to learn new tools and software
Background with or basic understanding of marketing channels and programs including email, display advertising and social media
Strong excel skills
Basic XML and HTML skills, or willingness to learn
Be dynamic and creative, and willing to take on any challenge and make a big impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and planning strategy for subscription boxes marketing in multiple channels, including but not limited to email, site-merchandising, and on-device to drive conversions and exceed business goals.
Coordinating with business teams internally and externally to develop, build, and execute traffic-driving efforts for large-scale product and event launches.
Influence the Subscription Box Product road map to prioritize features and functionality required to drive demand generation.
Develop test plans, using data to identify opportunities to innovate, optimize efficiency, and increase growth.
Exploring and testing new digital and/or off-Amazon channels; coordinate with internal Amazon marketing teams to launch
Directing, planning, and assisting creative production (may also manage budget).
Presenting to senior leadership on marketing strategies and performance.
Editing (XML, HTML) and publishing content via C M S.
Preferred qualifications
3+ years in marketing
Been active in sending customer-facing emails for 1+ years and is an O B R (Outbound Bar Raiser).
In depth knowledge of the following Amazon marketing tools: Sonar, Bullseye, Journey Analyzer, Content Symphony and Feature Analyzer
Working knowledge of C M S tools, rudimentary HTML, and basic Photoshop (or absolute willingness to learn)
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated success in supporting multiple deals and partnerships
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence team stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and quantitative analytics
Prior experience in a subscription business
Background with or basic understanding of marketing channels and programs including email, display advertising and social media
