Job Description
- We are looking for the candidate who is energetic, target oriented, and flair with sales and marketing (field job) having proven track record into business development activities.
- Meet Business Goals Improve productivity of agents and maintain agent pro activity as per business plan.
- Planning and execution to achieve business goals.
- Customer Eccentricity Ensure customer queries are responded satisfactorily as per company standard.
- Generation of Leads from self-efforts
- Forming association at the places, sources where lead for admissions can be generated
- Identification of sources where leads can be generated from i.e. Colleges, Universities, Private Institutes, Career Counsellors, Placement Agents, Admission Agents etc.
- Single handed coordination with the sources of admissions, leads
- Single handed presentation to Colleges, Universities, Institutes
- Single handed finalization of associations/deals for revenue generation
- Generation of revenue from Leads
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry researching and analysing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, MARKET activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marking state- of-the- art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
