Job Description
- Manage Marketing function to increase the eyeballs & occupancy. Targeting Society’s Respectable personalities Like Doctors, Lawyers, Highly Educated Professionals, IAS/IPS Officers etc. ,using creative & innovative ideas to boost the Club Membership Drive, and also other business be it Banquets, Rooms, Conferences, Marriages, Get togethers parties & etc…..
- Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
- Represent Club in various events and exhibition.
- Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
- Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to Clubs by New Membership Aspirants.
- Able to provide Quick and timely responses
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
- Willing to Travel 10 to 15 Kms Radius of the Club as and when required
Responsibilities
- Help develop and execute business plan
- Exceed monthly targets and all activities of revenue generation
- Manage and track your account funnel, with multiple simultaneous Customers
- Share your learning with the team & mentor newer sales team members
- Be part of a winning team culture
- Direct Sales & Counter Sales must be done.
