We are looking for a marketplace intern. This individual should be motivated, enthusiastic, professional, and ready to work with a fast-paced team. This is a great entry-level opportunity to learn about e-commerce and marketplaces and you will be responsible for the day to day management of third party marketplaces such as eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and Target.
Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1. Increase the sales on these marketplaces
2. Create new product listings
3. Maintain accurate stock levels
4. Keep product images and product details up to date and accurate
5. Maintain product detail pages using best practices
6. Keep store accounts in good health, adhering to all marketplace policies
7. Create and manage promotional and marketing campaigns as needed
8. Drive SEO efforts for primary keywords
9. Work on new product data enrichment for bulk channel listing
10. Handle single or grouped listing improvement or optimization
11. Use software and/or Excel for product data management
12. Ensure optimal listing positioning across multiple online platforms
13. Demonstrate appreciation for channel-specific product attributes
14. Manage incidence and support tickets where dedicated channel support is required
15. Liaise with internal design and media teams to ensure optimal product media is utilized online
16. Perform other duties as needed
