Profile: Master Trainer (Female) for DARE Programme will be responsible for Goa and Maharashtra. A Master Trainer will design and conduct training programmes to empower the girl students for self defence.
Following qualities are expected from the candidates applying as Master Trainer.
- A Good Team Player
- Excellent Communication Skills (written & verbal) in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Self motivated, enthusiastic and energetic
- Adaptable to different locations and people
- Should be able to work under pressure
- Deliver trainings by using demonstration technique and make trainees to practice
- Willingness to travel.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Candidates who completed NCC training during their school / college will be given preference.
