Responsibilities -
- Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment,resulting in client delight.,
- Lead small projects
- Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives
- Adherence to the,organizational guidelines and processes
Technical and Professional Requirements -
- At least 2 years of experience in software development & maintenance life cycle
- Experience in Configuration & Implementation OR Support and Maintenance in IBM Maximo v5/v6/v7 or IBM,Tririga
- Experience in developing TRIRIGA basic
- Experience in Application Designer, Database Configuration, Automation,Scripts and Maximo Integration Framework.
- Experience in developing BIRT reports.
- Experience with Maximo migration,projects.
- Experience and understanding of Production support.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder,environment.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
